it's the default theme known as subsilver...which badscript seems to have overritten on here eek:

I'm almost positive he did that because he wanted one theme one the forums, and since SubSilver can't be deleted (unless you have phpBB2.0.3 and up), he just replaced the name. I agree though, I like themes.
