For someone who is 6'2, and was 315 lbs, very hard.

Passing the pilot test at RAF Cranwell.

Being physically strong enough to get through an operation i had less than 50% chance of surviving. Also giving life a second chance thanks to a guy i consider my best friend (more like brother) and who has done more to help me in a year than anyone else has in 23.

212. I'm very proud of my fatass getting through boot, heh. I dropped 72 lbs in 4 months, man.

My biggest accomplishment - Being able to look back on the last 5 years of my life, and honestly say, that I've had a great Fucking time.
