I workout with 2 20lbs weights and everynight except for sunday. I don't know the exact name of the workouts i do but ill try to explain them to you the best i can. you are going to ruin your microwave if you run it without anything in it. "I can see the results already! My microwave is broken!"

i get my work out in rugby. usually 3/4 or a whole mile to run. plus drills , pushupps and situps

My microwave has a timer, without running the micro...waves. eek:


After you blow up your microwave (or not, I dont know if it hurts it or not) then buy a freaking clock for $2 or less.
