What else are they supposed to do? The games are different enough to be called entirely different games. They're not expansions in anyway.

This game sounds alot better than Vice City sounded after GTA3.

What did vc add to gta 3 that was so different? New surroundings, few new weapons\vehicles and a different storyline. Now what did spearhead add to mohaa that was so different? different storyline (different perspectives of the war) few new weapons\vehicles new surroundings. Can say the same for san andreas, only real innovative thing is the food\training system.

Similar enough to be expansions imo, spearhead was an expansion, last 2 gta games are close enough to be expansions.
