was there a scene in the movie where they were in OKinawa out in town partying? Swofford was stationed where I'm currently stationed and partied out in "Kin-ville" where all Marines from Camp Hansen party. I heard rumors that they had a few scenes in the movie about that.

I'd have to call BS on this one..there are alot of people he knew in the STA that have been interviewed. I also dont think they would make up a movie without doing some research.
