Yeah, but that helps you from dehydrating when you exercise. Gatorade is really only for people who are doing physical activity that makes them sweat enough to worry about dehydration....if you aren't engaging in one of those types of physical activities it's just gonna make you fatter

I work a similar job, and most of the guys drink Gatorade.

Porlly about 5-6 big glasses a day, it really helps your skin if you get a random spot or just want your skin looking better. I'd say don't bother with creams and shit just drink lots n lots of water, granted you'll be pissing alot but its works every time for me.

Can't get enough water I say, I'd drink so much more if it meant i wasn't goin to the toilet every 10 minutes...

That's what I really hate about it. I don't drink any of it if I have to go anywhere for a while.

i drink a whole lot of water during the day, i probably drink a full nalgene bottle when i wake up in the morning, then probably like 1 or 2 during the day...then when i hit the gym i probably drink like 2 or 3 while im working out. water is definitly an essential part of a healthy lifestyle man and when your active u need alot...most people go through the day dehydrated.
