Take a console over a PC anyday, but I dont videogame enough anymore to warrant that I buy one ever. RomeTW is probably the last game I'll ever buy.

I would just like to note to everyone that I plan on getting the game, along with the 360, this week. I've been with Sony for the last ten years, but every since the PSP failure (kinda) they have been free falling.

Anyway my point is GoW is over rated. Not that it sucks. There isn't a story, the characters are chessy as fuck (Marcus Phoenix rolleyes: ), the game is very short and the MP is pretty much just TDM. It looks fun, but it's not much a game.

Well if its overated and short why buy the friggin thing? oOo:

got my pre release copy of Medieval II Total War from work today...fuuuucking amazing but need to upgrade me graphics card as running this baby on full specs on 1440x900 is melting my gpu.

Gears of War looks like it could be a really great MP game. In these days, if the MP sucks, the game takes a huge hit. FEAR completely dropped off the face of the Earth because the MP blew.
