We're going to an acoustic open mic tonight. It'll probably just be our singer and me playing a few tunes while the other two get shitfaced...heh heh.

I wasn't sure what people would think of our version of "Hard Day's Night". It's a bit of a departure from the original. More of a harder take on it, I guess. I brought it up in a jam a while ago and the guys really dug it.

That's great zone, I think that version worked out better because of it being live at a bar what with it being a bit more up tempo.

Plus the fact that it's a pretty overplayed Beatles tune that a lot of bar bands cover. A fresh spin would be welcomed, I think.

We're still not going to do "Sweet Home Alabama" or "Brown Eyed Girl" though. Fuck those songs.
