The Pyramids were built by Egyptian workers who were paid to build them by bread and drink. They did so because they felt that if they helped the king enter the afterlife then they would be guaranteed a spot there also. And these skeletons that don't match the Egyptians could be anyone, but probably not the jews because the jews lived in Egypt and would have had very similar skeletons to regular Egyptians.
