Are you just saying that because you find yourself mixed into the black community from the music you listen too? I'm not being insulting or anything... I'm not approving the image at all either, it's a picture made in Paint, that's why I think it's a joke. If it was an actual picture, then I'd have problems with it.

No, I am familiar with the Black Civil Rights movement, and the American history regarding African Americans through the civil war, reconstruction period, and towards the 1960s because I have studied them at school for almost 3 years now. Hiphop music simply gives me some insight into modern civil rights, but that's all that it has to do with it.

I didn't care about it at first because I thought it was just something stupid made by someone proven to be equally stupid, then I read that it was made by a klan member. perhaps you're not aware but the KKK was known for lynching blacks and people that helped/were friends with black people(read tripper's post if you need more details) and somehow I doubt that the dead man in a tree is supposed to equal sadness

Well obvioulsy that would be bad too, but the fact that the KKK were notorious for lynchings of black men just intensifies how wrong it is to joke about....I mean, like I said before, if it were a pic of a jew being shot in the back of the head, in a concentration camp....You wouldn't appreciate that would you?
