that's a big ol' bass

can't see it on the stick, but it was 18 inches. Not sure on the weight though. Early the week I had caught a 20 and 19 inch but didn't have a cam! :(

Were you so hungry that you ate it before you had a chance to weigh it?

ZING!

Not very creative, especially from you. On the other note, I don't eat fish fyi. Also, you shouldn't eat too much bass because it has high mercury in it's blood.

ninty 10-29-2005 07:23 PM

Lol, I'm just kidding man. Will you respect me in the morning? I'll make pancakes.

Also, doesn't mercury levels depend on where the fish is swiming?

Jin-Roh 10-29-2005 07:31 PM

Paso Robles' lake (Lake Naciemiento) is loaded with mercury. dance:

I can't detect sarcasim on the intranet! cry:

I somehow knew you were though lol. And no, I'm a waffle fan.

It sorta depends on the enviroment the fish is in. The place I was fishing was kind of small and bass are at the top of the food chain, which means they eat the fish that eat the fish, etc... so naturally their blood contains a larger amount of mercury.

Knowing is half the battle!

Fish gather in mercury pools... its good for them. Mercury- good for plants- good for fish- bad for people

We were playing with mercury in physics class the other day. This shit is awesome
