Yes and yes. The left stick is normal 5 speed/ reverse shifter. The one on the right is for putting it in 2wd, 4wdHigh, or 4wdlow.
The skull is chrome and has a button on the left side that you push and hte eye light up. Like they are in the picture. It was so cold in the winter I had to wear a glove to shift.

i want something like that. ladas look likda neat, great of gas, build like tanks, russian & cheap. your not gonna break any speed records but nothin is gonna stop ya. you can get a fairly new model for like 5k. im kinda thinking about one of them.

yeah my "Tank" has been in sever accidents. Total damage cost I would think is over $25,000. As you can see all we have to replace is a bumper sticker, and we have a couple ugly dents half an inch deep in the rear bumper.
