Might be a different spot, when you come into Downtown from the parkway there's a whole like section of graffiti.

ok, this will be hard i only lived there 95/96 so kinda blurry... if you walk towards down town(away from Dows Lake) on Preston, and turn left near where there is train tracks, you can go under the bridge anf there is (was, at least...) a big blue and yellow 'buk'... maybe its gone know, i dunno... i'll try to get better directions...

I initially chose it because I liked its background as told in Metal Gear Solid:
