Insulting and debating are 2 different things.

Also grow up and have a couple kids of your own and say the same thing. You still have a few screws loose.

i have a kid and he's 7. i've raised him since his birth so don't tell me to grow up and have kids cuz u don't know me. also, i wasn't debating, just not wanting to get flamed for my opinion on this topic which i've already been called one name by one person and then you saying i have a few screws loose. i have a few screws loose why? cuz i don't agree with what you think on the matter? you're no one to judge me k? u don't know me or my life or how i raise my kid, which he'll know the differences between right, wrong, and stupid, unlike that kid who was shot.

As i've said, he deserves an ass whooping but in no way deserved to lose his life.. ps hellfire: mad: sleeping: rolleyes: biggrin: oOo: happy: ed: annoy: the_finger: cuss:

ok, well let's say IF the guy on the bike had crashed, died, and caused a big accident...would you guys still say the 15 year old who's not even a child anymore, deserves an ass whipping or some bigger consequance? the teen inadvertantly played a game of life and death with some stupid eggs and could have done serious harm. its not hard to see that. but...i guess, since nothing happened to the guy, no harm done. meh. i'm done commenting on this i think, i don't wanna piss people off anymore...

Let me put it this way - if your son, at 15 was shot and killed over an egg, would you still say he had it coming?

Michael 07-28-2005 02:57 PM

check your PM, now about what u just said...i wanna think that by that age he'd have some concept of what's right and wrong and just plain dumb, so i guess i was wrong in assuming his parents raised him to be a moron. that said, you can't watch your kid 24/7, especially when they're a teen, so, no...i wouldn't say that my kid had it coming. of course not. i'd be seriously upset with him and probably blame myself for his stupid actions, but i definitely wouldn't have wanted him to die. i now see your point of view in this though.

strvs 07-28-2005 03:01 PM

You expect way too much of 15 yr olds. spank: Personally i dont see throwing eggs as such a big deal, kids do way worse shit than that.. i've met 18 year olds who havent grown a day past 13.

I wouldn't. If he got his ass kicked on the other hand, I would definitely say he had it coming. An egg, at lets say 60 MPH (speed of car + velocity of egg) probably feels like a fucking rock, with schrapnel to boot. At 15 he should have known better. Certainly doesn't excuse the dude for flying off the handle and killing the kid. He should probably to some serious time.

I'd be curious to see if this guy had a prior record. I'm betting he did. It would be a shame if he was a decent guy who flew off the handle and overreacted because he was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Fucked up situation with no winners. annoy:

M79 so are you saying you could relate to the guy who shot them? A murder? Would you have done the same because the kids had it coming?

??? where'd you get that from? lol no i wouldn't have shot the kid for gettin hit with an egg. even if i had a gun. although if i did have a gun, scaring him shitless would sound fun.

It sounds like your sympathizing with the killer, thats all. Pulling out a fire arm and threating is felony, throwing eggs is just a misdamenor.

You are no better than the kids.

i sympthize both of'em. the psychotic biker and the moron 15 year old. what would you have done in the biker's place? beat the shit out of the kid? or ask politely that he not do that again knowing that your life was in potential danger. i think i'm better than the kid cuz i wouldn't have put myself in that situation and i was joking about the comment in scaring the kid shitless so plzdie:

You are contradicting your former posts. Just because you are an angel and don't get your hands dirty once in while doesn't make childish mischief punishable by death.

eeves 07-28-2005 06:13 PM

if i were the biker i woulda kicked that kids ass couple of times biggrin:

mR.cLeAn 07-28-2005 07:16 PM

what about if the same kid left a flaming shit bag outside the house and rang the bell. Would you kill him? Is just things kids/teens do ... I know i did a lot of imature stuff and now when I think about it, I must have been possesed or something cause it comes out o nowhere and its worse when you have friends around. I did the same thing as this kid, but luckily the guy did not have a gun ... the guy was my uncle and told my mom who overexagerated everything while my uncle rofled at me. ... well what if the house burnt down?

Tripper 07-28-2005 09:33 PM

The bottom line is that youths do stupid shit. I'm pretty sure not one of you could say you haven't done something similarly stupid. That's ok, it's what people do....But if everyone gets killed or even just shot for every stupid mischevious mistake they make - Then there would be no people on the fucking planet.

If you think getting shot/dieing is a suitable punishment for this kid, then you should agree that everybody else who does similarly stupid things (as a one-off or not) is to be shot/killed too, otherwise you'd be hypocritical in forming your opinion towards this one kid who did get shot. It was a mistake of these kids to do what they did, but everyone makes stupid little mistakes.....It was a bigger mistake of the guy who shot him. Not everyone, not even half of everyone would make that kind of mistake.

That's really the difference. These kids fucked up, but in no way deserved what they got.
