USC is just too easy to pick, so I'll take Texas for the hell of it (not to mention for my Big XII bias) 34-28. The last time we heard all this garbage about greatest team ever (only 2001 Miami and 1971 Nebraska holds a candle to 1995 Nebraska, IMO) was in 2002 when Miami was playing for its second straight MNC. No one gave the Buckeyes a chance but they were fueled by the lack of respect and won that game. The same arguements were made against Penn State in '86 against another one of the greatest Miami teams ever and JoePa managed to pull one out there too.

its because they quite possibly may be. They have 34 consecutive wins(record is 47) This is their 3rd consecutive nat champ game. no team has ever won 3 in a row. They had carson palmer (and the heisman)win a national championship and what happens the next year? His back up comes in wins the heisman and another nat champ. then this year another player from the same team wins the heisman again. that hasnt been done in 60 years.

oh and by the way, Reggie Bush's back up LenDale White could be as good as bush. that dude is a machine he rushed for 1100 yds and scored 23 fuckin TDs as a back up(21 rush, 2 rec), shit he hasnt fumbled in his college football career 3 years He could very well win the heisman next year.

Marcus Vick flipped off the WVU crowd and also "allegedly" elbowed a Mountaineer coach on the sidelines. I personally hate him and think he should of been suspended for that. Now he does more bullshit like that and probably still won't be suspended.
