I don't need to eat tons.... I have put half an inch back on my bicep after only 2 weeks of training, muscle memory is good.

Exactly the same, only mines slightly more serious:

Tried everything to gain more weight..

Gym, weight gain, special diets, eating a fuck loada food. etc. Nothing works.

I can eat several huge meals with my mates, they just watch me shocked at the amount I can eat, compared to them. Then i'll say and hour after the meal something like "fuck im hungry" biggrin:

They take the piss outta me for being so skinny, but they are jealous of the amount of food i can eat without putting on weight.

maybe you just have a high metabolism

i thought i would never put on weight. but then i started using creatine/weight gainer, and eating smaller meals more times during the day instead of eating Huge meals, and voila, i put on 5lbs after the first week of loading with creatine, and about 5-7lbs more after a month

and also eating healthier. i dont eat junk food, drink pop (soda). All I drink now is water, milk, and the occasional grape juice (when making my shakes)

1.5g of protein per lb of body weight. live by that #.
