I lost 30 pounds in 9 months (Went from 160 to 130, and rofl, now Im 150 again - just more MOOSCLE) and the doctors called it unhealthy. They withdrew blood, took urine tests, and X-rayed me - thought I was starving myself to lose all that weight.

Keep it up, but just be careful not to yo-yo back when you're done.

Thats like total starvation. A pound a week is a big goal - cut 500 calories a day for 7 days a week, and thats 3500, a pound. Thats 5 lb.'s a month, basically...

It's more likely that the 7 months began when he decided he was going to get lipo, with the actual weight reduction process being the last week of said 7 months.
