Well, Melbourne is famous for quite a few things. It was voted the World's most livable city not too long ago, and is also generally accepted as the most European-looking city outside of Europe. Historically, Australia was federated as a country in the Exhibition building in 1901, and Melbourne is also the birthplace of Australian Rules Football. and don't even get me started on how much the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) r0x0rs! cool:

To be precise, i live about an hour south of Melbourne, in an area that was famous for firing one of the first angry Commonwealth shots of World war 2, from Point Nepean (Well, how the hell were we to know it was a freighter ship from Tasmania...could have been anything... bigzooka: )

well, there's my history essay. Hope you all learned something angel:

i went to that playoff game-at the hoover met? did you know that kid who got stabbed there? everyone was making a huge deal about letting there kids go, so i had to go with my cousin.

MCX 01-09-2003 07:43 PM

geez this is so weird LOL...hoover met is like 5 miles from me...i didn't know the kid that got stabbed at HHS but my sister goes there...she said he was an ass hole oOo:

the reason your parents were probably making a stink about is because the cops thought the stabbing was gang related at first and there might be some kind of retailiation.
