Tool is not as good as people hail them to be. The only reason people say Tool is as good as they are is because they are known about and are different so many people cling to them to make it look like they know whats suprior on the music scene.

Ok Pyro, i'll back off a bit here. I've been listening to music my whole life and love alot of bands and different genres of music. Even though i don't play any instruments, i have an ear for it. IMO, Tool is one of those bands that don't come around often and when they do, wow, they just capture you.
Nirvana had the same ability until Cobain killed himself. Some of my other favorite bands include Soundgarden, Rush, and Black Sabbath.
I also spend alot of time listening to "Blues". I could listen to Miles Davis all day.
To touch base on what Joe said about Tool not making an album this year, i know that. They don't pump out album after album, which i think is what makes them good. They're albums get better each time.
