have fun!... go flames go... |
3-0 ouch,, korolyuk's goals were pretty sweet, i dont think he should have stopped and then shot the puck on the empty net, but im sure he wanted to get the flames all pissed off for next game. I dont know if thats good tho because it will make the flames come out stronger, and kick some ass game 4. Great goaltending from both goalies, just a bad break pinching at the end
|
tampa and san jose won't lose another game.

so san jose will end up winning 4 stright? No way jose.
San jose played a good game. We looked a bit confused out there at times and just didn't have it going tonight. A lot of passes were not quite there and a few missed chances and some big mistakes. That combined with the great goaltending of nabokov leads to that win for SJ. Still could have been anyones game though. Calgary will bounce back i have no doubt. PS: Ron Wilson is a big dick. PPS: The decibal meter reached 113.8db I believe. It might have been higher since I missed half of it when they put the number on the jumbotron. That could have been the loudest in an arena ever. Last game in SJ they reached 110db. I believe every 3db or 6db the noise doubles. So we could be twice as loud as SJ. PMS: The chant Ricci's Ugly was kind of funny since its true, and there was a guy dressed as a giant stanley cup. I feel bad for the guy who has to sit behind him. This thing was probably 7 feet tall. Too bad i'm away for the weekend, I'll miss the game. |
San Jose will win 3 in a row after this one. It is inevitable.
|
How is it inevitable? This is not the Matrix.
|
ninty check out chicagos old arena, i remember they had the loudest arena ever can remember what it was though

Kipprusoff let in one goal in the second.
Then he let in a breakaway goal. No goalie is expected to stop a breakaway because their not supposed to happen. Thats the D's fault. Third goal was empty net. I don't think kipper can stop those from the bench. And tony the record is held by Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg all at 113db. |
thats awesome, congrats
|
The Calgary/SJ game was a lot closer than the score would make it appear. A few bounces in the Flames favour and it would've been a totally different game.
Tampa looked friggin awesome. Did you guys see the 3-way passing play that set up Richards's goal?? ed: Reminded me of the Oilers in the 80s. *sniff* |
i say tampa and sharks r gonna be in it nabokov is a monster in da net last nigh i think it was 3-0 did u see the glove flames are good but sharks have a great goalie and pretty good talent up front but flames have talent but not heart sharks and lightning my prediction
|
umm.. say what?...
anyway Zoner is right, that was a close game despite the score, i say look out for the flames now, they are gonna be fired up and ready to go... |

Awesome. Regher made it. Just got home and I didn't hear the announcement yesterday since I was on an exercise up North. I'm kind of suprised Tanguay didn't make it as well.
As for the flames game, I only got to listen to the last 5 minutes on the radio. I taped it so i'm gonna watch it tonight. Sounds like some bad goals on our part. Oh well, can't wait for tomorrows game. I'm sure it'l be the best of the series. |
tanguay and lecavier are better than half those b00ns. Primeau sucks face it.
GG Sharks, now win the next two so I can be right again. Kippo is teh suk. |

Flames in 6. |
Man, they're a totally different team on the road, huh? I wonder if the pressure playing at home affects Kipper more than the rest of the team. He looked solid last night.
Man, I hope they can clinch next game. |
yeah, solid effort on part of the whole Calgary line-up... i agree, Flames in 6, i just wanna see a canadian team in the finals (that isn't Ottawa, no offence, lol)....
