THX-1138, he should do somthing like that again.

TodzumPapst 05-31-2005 09:55 PM

Remakes never turn out good, i dont think it would be a good idea to remake 4,5,6. But you never know if he did remake them its possible they could turn out good. But i heard if Episode three makes 400million then he will think of planning 7,8,9.

7,8,9? are you serious? how does he plan on using luke and all them if they are all old as hell and probably wont do it again. Not to mention Mark Hamill fell of the face of the planet after star wars.

I agree with you on that one. I have no clue what he would use for the characters but mark hamill was in Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back dont forget that good piece of work.

Airborne Butters 05-31-2005 11:40 PM

Mark Hammil was in a few things...I don't think he'll do 7,8,9...he might possibly do Shadows of The Empire, but doubt it.

Madmartagen 05-31-2005 11:53 PM

mark hamil does a ton of cartoon voices

Why would the kid call him Master if he is not?
-to make fun of him? Maybe thats why he killed the kids.

duncey 06-01-2005 12:03 PM

Anybody ever Noticed in Episode IV (Maybe 5, not sure...) when Obi Wan's dead, his voice says to Luke something like: "Yoda has taught me well." But in Episode I, his teacher is Kwi Gon(sp?)?

It's a respect title, like calling someone "Master Jedi" is.

shadows of the empire was a great book, they also made a N64 game out of it too. it takes place after Empire Strikes Back tells how Leia and Luke planned to rescue Han Solo from Boba Fett. it also introduces some new characters in the empire, rebellion and the black sun criminal organization.

Yeah I loved that game on the n64

geRV 06-01-2005 08:44 PM

Ep 3 had its fair share of plot holes thats for sure. Im still trying to figure out wtf was up with general grevious, an android, with organic eyes and heart, and a cough. eek:

I dont read the books or anything along those lines so ive no clue what he's meant to be, im assuming he was at one point organic and near the end of his life got mixed with android parts to live longer or something to that effect. If not then oOo: .

you should see the SW Clone wars cartoon. they dont really get into the story of Grievous, but you do find out why he has that cough. vol 1 is out, but vol 2 comes out later this year and you need to have vol 2 to see why he gets the cough. Clone Wars takes place after Ep 2 and ends right where Ep 3 begins.

Duh i assumed that, is just - I guess I wasn't prepare for him to be that bad.

I always thought it would be cool to be the bad guy, but I did not take into consideration killing the kids ... I guess I'm still weak. I have failed to see the darkside.

Killing children rocks....

strvs 06-03-2005 12:00 AM

Finally seen it.. excellent. Very dark story and anakins fall is very powerful. Some of the acting got alittle stale, like the love scenes. Also Obi-Wan's reaction to seeing anakin killing all of the jedi on the security logs seemed a little forced, seeing something like that after mentoring anakin from a small child would tear him up pretty bad, i imagine. I just didnt get that feeling from that scene.

It's sweet when he kills the kids. Killing kids is cool. Yes.

Leaps and bounds ahead of Ep 1 + 2 beer:

I often ponder if Griveous was at full strength, could he have easily disposed of Obi-Wan? Or Anakin?

Id say....that would depend heavily on the script. eek:
