However, there are a few things that those who have recently come to our country, and apparently some born here, need to understand. This idea of America being a multi cultural community has served only to dilute our sovereignty and our national identity. As Americans, we have our own culture, our own society, our own language and our own lifestyle. This culture has been developed over centuries of struggles, trials, and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom.

We speak ENGLISH, not Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society, learn the language!

"In God We Trust" is our national motto. This is not some Christian, right wing, political slogan. We adopted this motto because Christian men and women, on Christian principles, founded this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your new home, because God is part of our culture.

If Stars and Stripes offend you, or you don't like Uncle Sam, then you should seriously consider a m! ove to another part of this planet. We are happy with our culture and have no desire to change, and we really don't care how you did things where you came from. This is OUR COUNTRY, our land, and our lifestyle. Our First Amendment gives every! citizen the right to express his opinion and we will allow you every opportunity to do so. But once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about our flag, our pledge, our national motto, or our way of life, I highly encourage you to take advantage of one other great American freedom, THE RIGHT TO LEAVE.

I find that funny. You honestly believe that without the Western Front, Russia could have defeated Germany by itself? Get real! Stalin begged for a second front because he knew that if Hitler was not made to turn his divisions West to counter the allies, Russia could have been annhilated. Let's face it, it was hitler's blunderous interference and the Russian winter that was more of a factor in the Eastern Front than the prowess of the Russian Army. with all due respect to the brave men and women who fought against the Nazi juggernaut in the Soviet Union. THAT is what you should give some thought to.

And you seriously think that the USA and the UK could have defeated Germany by it's self without the USSR? You know that only 33% of Germany's casualties came against western powers? And saying basically that the winter was the reason the russians won is a joke and western propaganda meant to belittle the forces of the Communists. I don't think the Russian winter would have stopped the germans in Kursk in summer 43. And you seriously think that the USA and the UK could have defeated Germany by it's self without the USSR?

The Allies had air superiority, had neutralized the Kriegsmarine, were pushing the German Wehrmacht back on all fronts(minus some setbacks), and would have reached Berlin before the Russians, however Eisenhower decided to let the Russians have Berlin(which they certainly deserved as a "pound of flesh").

Again, I'm not trying to belittle the Russian forces, I'm stating facts. It's really a moot point, the war is over.

I seriously doubt Butch wrote tha. Look at all the differnces between his "speech" and the rest of the replies he made. On the first page he used high-level extensive vocabulary, quite similar to a educated person and on the rest of his posts he wrote like a oOo:

aren't you a lucky one, all my high school has is Latin Spanish German and French, so I can't wait till I go to college to take some other languages like Russian or maybe even Arabic

go to university of michigan, the number of languages they offer is amazing
