As an avid drinker myself, I admit I have had a few too many and driven. I've never been retarded enough to drink then drive around with open container. It's not that hard to call a cab or get a buddy to drive ya.

My friend just got off his DUI and had his license suspended for a year and spent about 2 grand in expenses. He learned his lesson, but hey if you want to be sweet , then keep on keepin' on.
