I was just watching the learning channel and they had a special on space flights and junk. They said a tear in your space suit in space would be the worst way to die ever. It would feal like your blood is boiling and every organ in your body will start to seizure. Ouch ed:

I believe what you're referring to is being 'Drawn and Quartered'.

The Lords and Ladies would first gather their flock to witness the just punishment of a thief, or adulterer. They would order the criminal be staked down, spread eagle, on his back. Four horses would be brought forth, their bridles attached with a length of rope to each limb. A fifth horse would be placed between the criminal's legs. When the original four horses had been secured to the criminal's limbs, the 'Executioner' would slit open the criminal's belly to reveal his intestines. He would then quickly tie the rope from fifth beast to the intestines of the criminal. At the Executioner's signal, the Page's attending each horse would simultaenously slap the hind-quarters of the asttending horses. Use your imagination for the rest.

The worst way to die is to be trapped underwater in a tank of liquid sulfuric acid.. ud have to breathe it in eventually and that would just hurt like heil

As opposed to it eating through your skin? I think THAT might be a concern as well.

NiteSnipe 04-24-2003 07:14 PM

that would only burn, you wood drown before you died of the acid getting threw ur skin

Sergeant_Scrotum 04-24-2003 07:30 PM

it would burn so bad you would probly be glad to die. & im pretty sure it will kill you almost instantly.

Have you ever got H2SO4 on your skin? it burns like hell but for it to do any damage takes like 30 min.

H2SO4 - Sulphuric acid

H has a valence of 1+ and an oxidation number of +1

SO4 has a valence of 2-

S has an oxidation number of -6

O has an oxidation number of -2

Oxidation numbers for each individal element vary depending on the compound they are in.
