Milla is is right. I gotta admit I can be a little anti-American, but do I run around flaming Americans and all things American? No. because it is not really their fault that America has that reputation in the world. No voice in the world is louder than an uneducated, ignorant voice, and that's what we hear most from America. The world views "Dubya" as a typical redneck dumbass and so the rest of the world will generalise and think the whole country is full of GWB's. Anyways, I'm just rambling and I'll stop now.
