Spearhead SV PURE Working!
 

I got it to work on our server:

209.51.145.83:12203

You can not have any custom maps that the server doesn't have in your main or mainta folder. No custom pk3 files of any kind.

You also need the 2.15 patch installed of course.

I uninstalled cleaned my registry reinstalled and still I can't get into pure servers for the life of me oOo:

Just found out that you MUST connect through Gamespy or All-seeing eye to be able to connect with pure server.

Cant get in to your server and it is empty. I custom wrote a couple of pk3s and went on a fishing trip over the last few hours. 4 servers claimed sv pure was on and had players in them. I was able to connect to all of them with my custom files telling me that it was not actually turned on despite the claims. 3 servers claimed sv_pure was on and were totally empty. I could not connect to any of them either with or without a clean install. I tried using ASE and tried with the no intro trick. No luck.

Bottom line is I have YET to ever connect to a server with sv_pure known to be working. DAMN it all!!!!
