I hope this is not the norm in Canada, it seems every day there is another article like this in the news. I thought it was just the govt that was F-ed up (yes i know the US govt f-s things up too) I know that there is a large Canadian fellowship here, what do you think? These are kids after all.

Anyone that does crap like that has no class. And yes, that also includes americans that boo canadians here, now and in the past. Those kids have no concept of politics.

I don't care what the siduation is, I choose not to participate in any kind of group discrimination, such as booing another country, or anything like that. The only time I will get like that is for sporting events, or wrestling. biggrin:

I know it happened at a basketball game here in Detroit against Toronto (a good year ago)and I was ashamed of those fans because they DO NOT represent the community of Detroit.

Last summer we went to Maine for vacation. While we were there we went to this national park where we saw this group of french canadians. Listening to them carry on and observing the way they carried themselves, I had this instant dislike for them. I know it was unfounded and I had no valid reason for thinking that they were asshats, but there they were. I think it was the arrogance they radiated. Maybe that is how the rest of the world views americans, I dunno, its not fair, but thats the way it is.
