Kirchhof. Snowy Park just got a makeover.
 

For those of you who hate the thought of playing Snowy Park on a server, have I got a present for you. Imagine Snowy Park, without the snow. Take that, add some stormy weather, custom textures/models, and a new soundtrack, and you have got the new and improved version now called Kirchhof. The map isn't quite ready for uploading yet, so here is a small taste of the map in it's current state. No FPS is posted in the screenshots, but I assure you that it is running 15+ higher than Snowy Park does. Also, the fog is going to be tweaked further, so the fog in the screenshots is by no means final. This "map" will be included in the next version of EyeCandy and will be put up on the EyeCandy server so that you can get the weather effects as well, since that is the only server-sided part of the changes we have made.

great job... i always disconnect when snowy park comes up on a server, now i dont have to. are there going to be any destroyed tanks, cars, etc? it looks a little boring right now with just trees, but thats not your fault bc snowy park was boring too. keep up the good work.

Oh of course. This is just the base map. Some Spearhead models are going to be imported and placed in the map. Should make it interesting.

where and how did u get the .bsp file for this map
 

well i am thinking about making a mod for MOHAA mp levels but one problem i dont know were to find the .bsp file for the offical map in the Pak files can u help me plz

The .bsp files can be found in Pak5.pk3. Use [url=http://www.winzip.com:f4ca1]winzip[/url:f4ca1] to unpack it.

I always loved snowypark and and the first version u did I like to call snowy on steriods.

Ok, I have started the process of importing Spearhead models into the map. Here is the first one finished. Its a damaged C47 plane. More images to come as things are added to the map.

This looks even better than the old snowy park? Will there be any extra things like i dunno... huts or small houses etc?

I was up untill 4am last night messing with the overall map lighting to see if I could infact get another atmosphere into the map. The end results I am happy to say, are perfect.

Me and Bruno decided to make 2 versions of Snowy Park, versus the previous one. First version being of all the pics we have shown you so far, and the second version being totally different.

I went back to the base map model and re-added new and more formal things in, versus the rain and explosions in the other version. This one is going to be more "clean" if you can call it that.

Not much has been done in the way of adding new things to this second version, but here are 2 screenshots I took this morning. The look I am going for is Bahnhof from Spearhead, so it should be interesting. Enjoy and post feedback if you want.
