Here is an example of the ice that separates two major portions of Stalingrad in this map.
The ice is full interactive and if you think you are gonna chill in the water think again. The water slowly hurts you as you stand in it. Well... it is cold.

This map will be on my highest priority. I have confined it to a great ienvironment. You can shut the snow off for ping. Again I made it confined for fps reasons. I love the snowdrifts and destructable planks connecting buildings 4 stories high.

Looks good so far. As long as their isnt alot of crazy shit going on like in your other maps. Simpler can be better.

VERY nice!!! If you could add a few bots that would just be one of the finest maps made IMO.

No not this time Powell. The only crazy shit would be the planks you can shoot out from under people, or the hypothermic shock of the frozen water, or the ice you can shoot out from under them, or.. uhh.. mmmm. I think there is some crazy shit yes. eek: But that's it.

I'm gonna make it objective too.

Axis kill Vassili Ziatsev.

Working on the bots right now. Wanna give them each rule over two different buildings top floor. No access for players. They MUST snipe them. I will make them very sneaky top avoid being sniped. They will have excellent vison in this one. One on each side of the freezing tributary of icy water. biggrin:

Looking good. A lot better then some other new maps I see on these forums. I always like to see new snow maps. Excellent job and keep up the good work.

Thanks for the ego boost. I work hard everyday on this map. I am really tryin hard to keep the fps high. FPS is the main concern of players online and I need to make sure it follows the fps rules. When I have the buildings complete I will post inside pics and an arial shot of Stalingrad Snow. fire1: M16:

Now this is just an idea. I dont want you to waste your time on this idea my friend but what about if we had skins to go with it. Like the vassili zaitsev one etc!
