weird colours in MoH:AA
 

hmmf oOo: when i join a server or a single.player campaign in moh:aa and moh:sh the colours turns white, pink/purple and black :O
I have geforce4 ti4200 and i've downloaded the newest drivers and everything.. I even tried Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory that also runs OpenGL to check if my gfx was f***ed, But Wolfenstein and igi2 worked just perfect.. So i was wondering if any of you have experinced a same type of problem.. I have formated 2 times in 2 days, so dont tell me to reinstall moh =P so Medal of Honor is the only game that dont work :9

Plz, i would be very greatfull if anyone could help me :)

It happens on some servers when grenades explode. But not always. Whenever it happens, it does not fix itself. You will need to reconnect (changing maps also helps).

From what I've been told: It has something to do with mods running on the server.

Another explanation was that it is because the server/connection is not suited for the job. But I don't believe that can cause weird colours.

Why it would happen during SP missions...not a clue.

I had this happen once. When scoping in with the sniper rifle, it was like a freakin rainbow!

Very strange.The PC is formated and reinstalled twice, and MoHaa is the only game not working.

I know exactly what is wrong. You have a .pk3 in your /main folder that has a FUBAR shader file in it. Remove all nonstock .pk3 files from your /main folder and see if that fixes the problem.

This is not what I meant. What I meant by colours was like a coloured blaze when grenades explode. Well, I guess MPowell is right, but that wouldn't explain the problem still not being solved after formatting (twice)?

Did you try what I said? Remove all nonstock .pk3 files. I have had shaders go FUBAR before and have had crazy things happen ingame.

Yes sometimes the colors mees up. In console type Vid_Restart

That should fix your problem.
