I'm going to be gone for a while...
 

... because my girlfriend is in labour as I type.

Everything's good, all looking well and we're just getting ready to go to hospital when the contractions get closer together and more regular.

By this time tomorrow I could be a daddy, so chances are you won't see me about for a day or two (or maybe a week or more).

I'll pop in to let you all know the news.

Wish us luck.

Holy shit. I never want to be a parent. I'm affraid of failing miserably at raising the kid... Just like my parents.
