I dont see how this will solve the problem. I thought they had discovered a vaccine for this disease a couple of months ago.

The source of SARS is beleived to be found in animals, especially birds and cats I think.

I think they announced that they would shoot people who attempted to flee quarantine, but I don't know if they actually did that.
