You would be EXTREMLY lucky to get a sniper version for that price. My nagant is also 1942.

My cousin has one and doesnt like to shoot it oOo:

I like it but the bolt on his is a bitch to get open after shooting it..

He uses Wolf in his SKS and its fine, but then again its semi-automatic so who knows.. Ill suggest that he changes ammo brands though and see what the results are...

I like wolf ok, but for my SKS you can get better. WOlf is just the easiest to find. If youu don't mind paying 20$ for 20 rounds get some 7.62x54r hunting ammo, should be new and good.
