255 is a bit big for your height. i was weighting in at 240 @ 6 feet ... normal weight for someone like me is 185. im at 210 now.

Actually thats me at 16, 250 lbs.... and Im lighter now. Been eating healthier and excercising a lot more. Now Im down to 215. dance:
