Seriously...

I was at this Walmart in Aurora today (We usually shop at Target, just cause its cleaner, but we needed vacumm bags Yuppeget didnt have) and I decided to cruise the electronics section, when I saw this crazy white controller, all alone.

It really wasnt that big a deal, truthfully.

The controller felt exactly the same as the old one (I dont have the old one, mind you, nor do I have a console period). The demo was Call of Duty 2, but there were others. I dunno, all I can say is that the graphics were awesome, but since I already played the demo, I kinda got bored with it, cause I couldnt aim for poop.

This black kid, like 12, came up to me, and was like "What fucking game is that?" and before I could say anything he was like "HOLY FUCK. THATS THE XBOX 360." I kinda started to laugh, but the kid went on his cell-phone to tell his friend.

I got off, cause it was boring to tell the truth, expecting that kid to come on, but this mexican kid ran up and started playing it (this is Walmart, mind you). He reset the thing, and started playing Donkey Kong or something, and THAT was cool looking.

There were like these guys in this incredibly awesome looking jungle, and with a really rusted mafia submachine gun. First person (I've never seen this game before, never heard of it in my life, Im not even sure of its name), it was real cool - this TREX started coming up, and chasing the guys, and everything looked just so flugging incredible.

It was kind a ghey, though, the T-Rex would come up and make motions like it was eating you, and all you saw was his mouth, but you were never actually eaten. It was like his mouth stopped mid-way from eating you, and then you died. You never actually went in. And the kid who was playing kept dying after 30 tries, and finally gave up, before I left.

I dunno, it was cool. Thats all I really have to say from my 10 minute VIEWAGE.

Second game was king kong.

Anyone else planning on buying XBox360? I haven't bought a console in a long time and I was wondering if it would be worth it.

Whens the console released? I sure didnt see it at Target.... they're Xbox was entirely disconnected (maybe replacing it with the new one?)

lol, I thought you'd be the first to reply. I wish I could post more stuff like technical specs and alll....but that was about it. The King Kong game was incredible looking, there was this photographer and another guy with a pistol alongside of you, and the way the light lighted every fold on ther clothes and shaded others and how their strands of hair failed behind them was too cool.

Best buy has had the 360 on display for about a week now. We get ours in NOv 22nd. Like 300 of them, and there can be no pre orders which is good, first come first serve...and i got friends that put the consoles out, so i have them holding one for me biggrin:

All the power in the 360 will be going to waste for the majoriy of the consoles life. Read some interviews with games developers, theyre basically saying by the time theyre able to learn to use 3 cpu's effectvely the next console will probably not be long off.

Ps3's meant to be even trickier with the way that cpu is set up. oOo:

Oh well, the games look fucking awesome right now. I use consoles bascailly for sports games, i have sports on the computer, basically anything besides FPS' i play on consoles. Also its nice to take on vacation...cant very well lug your fucking whole desktop with you.
