Its an egg, milk type drink usually with some cinnamon. Its pretty good and people usually put alcohol in it and get lit during the holidays

Yeah, what everyone else said. It's good stuff, but horrible for you. Thick, cinammony milk...and its real sweet. It's good to have it in small portions, and sip it - too much and you puke.
