Just caught [LiVi] clan cheating :(
 

Joined their server, and watch as [LiVi]Major Carnage scored 5 times as many kills as anyone else... no problem there.

Took up position in a house (The Hunt) looking out could not see a thing... until saw muzzle flash in the fog..I couldnt actually see them in fog just the muzzle flash (guess who it was) ..
I swapped sides and follwed him.. and he was firing at people i couldnt see... using the no fog cheat .......mmmmmmmm watch him some more and he seemd to 'know' where everyone was... must be using the "force" I thought... either that or the wall hack :(

and before the dumb-f*cks start with... blah blah ... this and blah blah that... I've been playing MOHAA since it was released and its not hard to spot cheats.. especially when they are so stupid they dont even try and cover up the fact... my post is to alert players who do not want to play on servers where cheats reside.

My point is.. if you want a cheat free server.... The LiVi server isnt it!

On one round the same guy found himself left with one oponent... the oponent was guarding the cannon.. he proceeded to walk right up to where he was hiding without even try to look anywhere else or be worried he was going to get ambushed... he KNEW where he was.. and promply walked straight to him.....

Jeeeeeeez these people cant even cheat without f*cking it up........lol

As you well know you have to watch these players to see what they are doing... screenshots are no good in this situation.. unless you can store video clips

With all due respect, and I'm not trying to flame you Vander, but before accusing someone of cheating you should have another witness verify that it was occuring and if possible the screenshots mentioned before. eatthis:

I to have witnessed the cheating on the livi server, so by your definition that is proof. A material witness. In conjunction with the law in your country I presume.
I personally will never go on that server again, they are definitely using the wallhack and no fog hack. They make it to obvious.

I could take screen shots and make it look like someone was cheating.. quite easily...

Simple really vander, I noticed this chap was getting far to many kills so I left the game and put neon skins on and a wallhack and followed him around for 10 minutes. I know he is cheating! He was making direct moves to anyone hiding on the map when they were behind buildings. I agree with what you said about not even being very good at cheating. The livi server is a joke. btw I do not condone cheating, I have a wallhack and the skins because I run my own server, it is a very handy tool to detect cheats. Is there no Punkbuster support for moh?

i can vouch partially for Vander's claims about the guy using a nofog cheat. I myself have used that one in the past, and it does let you see all the way across the map. Just b/c you cant see him dosent mean he cant see you.

I believe Vander for that reason only, but as he said screenshots would do no good unless you could actually see him using the cheat, which is impossible at this time.

Vander, thanks for letting us know, i will be sure to avoid that server in the future.

Perhaps screenshots don't really justify the accusation, but truth is that 9 out of 10 people who go around claiming CHEAT have no base for the accusation. I'm not saying I don't believe you. With more than one person to vouch for the cheating, it stands to reason that he's cheating. But with only one accusation, you can see the sinicism.

I agree McCuster, I don't make the claim lightly. But I have made my claim and people have backed it up. So its obvious something is going on.

some video cards don't display fog in mohaa properly, i remember in my old one on omaha sp i could see almost clear as day, but when i got my gf3 i could hardly see anything at all.

perhaps you are simply pissed because you stumbled across a good sniper that wasn't a newbie, perhaps he really was cheating, perhaps he has one of those video cards.

Anyone ever noticed how when someone makes a claim that someone else was cheating, the accuser will always say that they arent a noob and that they have been playing the game from the release date. Never a month after the release, or for several months, but always from the beginning.

Listen, we all know the anti-fog cheat exists, along with numerous wallhacks, get over it. There isn't much to do about it, just avoid the server. If you don't believe Vander, check the svr yourself, that's it. And everyone wonders why I only play on the AA.COM svr, sheesh. . .

All these cheats you talk about can someone use them on any server or only on there own server,what i mean is what is there stopping a cheating clan using a cheat on the E.A server or even worse the Blueyonder server where voting is not allowed so they can't be kicked.

Well there is another clan that hs at least 2 servers running at all times. [84thUSMC] I am in this clan, I run one of ther servers, all the admins keep watch to see if anyone is cheating. I am proud to say that cheaters are few and far between on our srvers. The only drawback to our servers is that thay are for the [84thUSMC] SNIPER ONLY clan. therefore they are sniper only servers. If you are a sniper and want to play with some of the elite snipers please feel free to visit one of our servers

Right its time vander was put straight and this accusation nailed on the head. I am a member of LiVi clan and i can say quite catagorically that absolutely no member cheats period. We as a clan take it very very seriously and we use no mods at all. As for Major Carnage he is one of the best players i have seen so Vander mate its down to him being far far better than you. As for knowing where people are well have you heard of teamspeak you know the voice program that allows those to relay info to each other. LiVi use this all the time.
I suggest that if you want to accuse a player or clan of cheating you make sure you get your facts right. If you are not convinced then join the server and watch the game some more. You will see that not all LiVi players are as good as Carnage and that may convince you. But then again you seem to have made your mind up already haven't you.
Finally thanks to those posting who didn't take what he said at face value and demanded proof. Its easy to fling accusations about like this and blacken a clan or players name. And as for Fusiondreams what was your name then when you were in LiVi....what was it registered as, prove your statement that you were in the clan. Seems to me that there are a few people who have it in for us for whatever reason (and cheating is not one of them)

Sorry my old Cock Sparrow.... but your clan has been exposed for cheating and really theres not alot you can do about it... except moan and groan about not being said cheats.

But the evidence is there, also there are several other players who are going to add theie experiences of the Livi clan next week.

I would suggest that you focus on stopping cheats on your server... then come back and tell us all about it. That would as you say "Hit the nail on its head"

If you read my previous posts (or got an adult to help you) I did mention the post was informational and for those that were oposed to cheating... a warning if you will that this was a cheating server. (which has been backed up) but you still insist on posting useless comments...

If its doesnt bother you why post??? to see your name in lights? to get your post quota boosted?
