hey guys, i need to know what everyones graphics card is. im getting a new 1. the 1 i have now is fine as ive never had any prblems but i just wanna get a new one for this game and Max Payne. so what kinda cards u guys got? and dont tell me unless its good enuff to play MOHAA smoothly.

Is there a huge difference between the Geforce2 GTS than the Geforce2 MX?? Everyone i hear talking about the geforce2 MX wishes that they had a GTS. I thought the MX was a better card.

The mx is bascally a crippled gts cause some of the pipelines are cut. Just get a gtsgts pro or ideally an ultra.

As for me i got a 1.33ghz thunderbird and a voodoo 5 5500 so im set http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/smile.gif

Runs the Quake 3 Arena Demo at 1600x1200 like a DREAM. With Texture detail and quality all the way up. Almost no slowdowns im gonna go see if I can check the frames on it.

Whats wrong with the MX 400 anyway??

if I can run red faction perfect and and when I type time refresh on hl I get a 137 fps, you think it will work?

ull also want a good internet connection speed, to play the mplayer. http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/smile.gif dsl cable seems to work 4 me. gets me a 90 to 100 ping almost all the time.

i believe max FPS for Half-Life (at least CS) is 99... i get that steady with my V5.

type timerefresh in console and you will get more, I got 127, and have a 71 fps on other times as a steady fps

If you've got the money to buy an Ultra you may aswell get a Geforce 3.

32Mb GeForce2MX It runs Tribes to at highest Res with all the Detail all teh way up with no problems. Also it runs UT Fine and i get over 100 FPS in HL http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/biggrin.gif.

Anyway, lucky, I doubt a Diamond v770 Ultra will cut it. I had that in my P3-500 computer and I just don't think it'll work well in MOH:AA.
In my new AMD 1.33GHz computer I have a Gainward GF3 VIVO http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/biggrin.gif Somehow I doubt MOH:AA will give me too many problems w/ my config http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/smile.gif
