I'd have to go with Back in Black by AC/DC. I've been listening to that song since I was knee high to a grasshopper. Let's get it on by Marvin Gaye is a close second because it was playing when I lost my virginity. God bless soul and gin.

Good thing Metallica did "steal" the song (if that is really true) cause Megadeth would sound like shit playing that one
