I take it your a newb. well I simply make the grey bar! duh and then placed over top the image, reduced the opacity and just placed my text over the bar.

Yeah, i get bored and just pump sigs out. normally for myself, I rarely do em for other ppl, I have about 20 sigs that no one has ever seen. I may pump out alot but they suck
