To talk through the console use rcon say
i.e.
rcon say whatever you want to say

yes, i know but when i use it in the game it tlaks under my name, i want it to talk under the console!

Did you read? You need to setup an RCON password, then use RCON say!

ok, i put rcon password say "my message" the console says unknown command

[code:490a3]rconpassword "XXXXX"[/code:490a3] (where XXXXX = your pass)

yes, i know i put the rcon password and everything, then it say "Crackerjacks: Hi" i want it to say "Console: Hi"

sometimes it say command 'say' not available

it sounds like either:

1) You do not have console checkmarked in options.
2) You did not setup an RCON password

yes it is dedicated with a rcon password

and when you imput the rcon password, it dosen't give an error msg right?

make sure when you want to use RCON, you type rconpassword XXXX, NOT rcon password XXXX. If you put the space, you will have to type the pw everytime you want to put a rcon cmd in.
