Anyone want to donate $1100?
Asus P4G8X Motherboard - $229
Intel P4 3.06Ghrz Processor - $643 256MB PC-1066 RDRAM X 2 - $96 X 2 - $192 500W Power Supply - $31 Giving Bazooka Joe $1100 and making him happy - Priceless. biggrin: That's how much my next upgrade will cost. hake: |
What about case? My upgrade will probably cost that much too so anyone can donate to me
|
GHrz? last i checked the correct abbrev was GHZ biggrin:
Why do you need an upgrade anyway? Pentium 4 2ghz not fast enough? |
Well, I have the Antec case that Alienware uses, so I figure I really don't need a new one, but if I had to choose, there's one I saw in Maximum PC that is about $160. It's all aluminum, has an angled front van, so it makes less noise, plus all the other goodies; 5 fan slots, slide racks, wire trenches, etc.

It seems to me u americans get fucking raped up the ass on prices too, $200+ for a motherboard? oOo:
Does it give head as an extra? eek: |

Nope, I upgrade my processor usually about every 700mhz. I decided to wait, but it costs too much. I would get the 2.8, but for an extra 150, I can get another 200mhz. |

256MB PC-1066 RDRAM X 2 - $96 X 2 - $192 Intel i850 Chipset [/quote:f6897] !@##&(!&^*) I've been researching that mobo and several others for about a month. The p4G8x rox. However its a DDR400 platform, not RDRam. Its dual channel DDR, and according to tomshardware, that outperforms RD1066. Its also not the i850. Rather its Intels "Granite Bay" chipset the E7205 which is completely kickass. |
lol evil:
nobody is going to donate money mwah: but if somebody thinking about it gimme some to i wana upgrade my p4 2.2 biggrin: mwah: |
