I totaled my fucking charger!!! GODDAMMIT

anyway I just got done taking measurements of the engine and stuff and was taking it to a body shop which was an hour away to see someone about parts for it and then go to a party to show it off..

it was pitch black out. I could only see the road ahead of me. it was on a highway. I reached down to change the cd in my cd player and looked up and saw nothing but fur in the headlights.... SLAM! I jerked real hard from the impact and the deer went flying about 30 feet. it was a large doe...I got out of the car and looked at the deer... it was bleating its ass off and it was bleeding from the mouth and nose. it musta been paralized or had a cuncussion or something. I looked at my beutiful charger... the front now mangled and full of little tuffs of fur on it. I then I got back in the car to go to town and call the sherrif but the car wouldnt budge. I saw another motorist and flagged them and they had a cell phone.

we called the police and told them about the deer. in about 10 minutes a cop showed up and put a slug into the animal and ended its life... the deer musta been hurt bad I was going about 70.

I got a ride to the party and my beloved charger was towed cry:

anyway yeah I do feel real bad about it now. that thing was making some sad noises.

the car... it looks like the radiator will have to be replaced, same with the grill and left fender. I hope I get to keep my kill. mwah:

this really fucks me off... the paintjob is a month old, the thing only had minor problems running... now its all to shit.

I just got word that the deers meat is completely unsalvageable... the entire thing was destroyed from the impact. what a waste.

it happened at about 11:30. I just got offline to go to the shop then a party... and this happened. I'm on my friends shitty comp typing to all u guys and we r phoning everyone to tell them what happened.

the events of tonight have resulted in a tremendous and tragic loss. a beutiful animal and a beutiful car are both gone forever. (maybe the car can be fixed)

I am a good driver.. I have never been in an accident before in my life.
killing this animal with this automobile has been one of the worse experiences of my life. I'll have to carry it with me for the rest of my days.
but keep in mind ppl... that animal was one of thousands of roadkill. but this car cannot be replaced.

how we delt with that animal and its suffering was called a mercy kill. if that officer didnt shoot that animal it would have been eaten possibly alive by coyotes.

that animal was a waste. but this car will probably never see the road again. thousands of deer are killed each year by predators and hunters and automobiles.

anyways... I'll keep u posted on the work we are doing on it. if it can be restored

Meh, I've killed four deer, one moose and like 30 ducks.

Nah, I would hit those coyotes with my suv and save the deer.

I'd say that worst things I ever killed were a dog and a bird. The dog happend when I was driving on this like sorta highway thing and fuckin thing comes running right in front of me, so I tried breaking but that thing went under both tires.

The bird one was sick! We have like suicide birds here, they basically just stay in the road till the car is a foot away. Well this bird didn't leave enough time and tried flying up when I was but an inch away and as it flew up it's head hit the top of my windshield, prolly snapping his neck, and tumbling across the top of my car.
