this is the ppsh i modded into the finnish suomi machine gun. i redid the .tik files, the localization, the sound, and the skin. but aa.com hasnt posted it for download yet mad:

what localization text it looks pritty standar for spearhead to me

for spearhead localization.txt is either in pak 1 or 2.
just make a folder called "Global" and paste the localization.txt file in there
the left side is the name of the file, and the right side is what you want it to say.
i switched PPSH to SUOMI

look you can flame me if i'm wrong but if hes not running that off of a dedicated server then how is it going to cure the chat problem all hes does is change the client side text and as spearhead is only spose to use client files for it new localization thing then how will knowing exactly what he did solve the problem??

please explain it if you can as the only why i can see thid doing anything is if you down load it to your compa and run it.

We have been trying to edit the localization.txt file since demo and get it to work in SH. For some reason it's getting written over from another source. I haven't had the time nor the paitence to destroy my MOH installation to figure out where it's coming from.

Unless Simo did something different, I'm going to have to do that one day.

I kick people for "hiding" in that spot.

Well only because it's round-based and the match could go 5 minutes before the guy is found. So after a warning I kick them for hiding.

But you don't really have to worry about that anymore. We don't have that map on the Objective rotation, and the only Death-Match map is Malta.

That's it though..

So hiding is lame on Round-Based.. And gay on Team-Match/Free-for-All

perhaps if badscript posts my mod you guys can check out my .pk3 file and see what i did

It's probably going to take awhile, man. Since Wingman is gone, BS is posting them all by himself right now. I think he told me he gets an average of 30 files a day.
