I can't talk for him, but my junior and senior years of HS, I had a few open periods a week. Sounds like time to me.

Ever I'm in fifth grade, I get to school before it starts, I was horribly bored so why not check out the forum at school? I tried it, I almost gave up because of the overall crappyness of the mac. But fortunately I got on. So, why not login and post something from the school? I wanted to see just how low the busget was for my school. And apperently it's quite low!
