The final days of MOHAA ????
 

The last months have not been gud for MOHAA . we have had a crappy expansion pack (SH). ezy and undetectable cheats come out ..realisim spliting what players are left ...have to wonder with the age of the game and new games coming like raven sheild if mohaa will make it..The old players wont stand for cheats ...when they get tried of making anti cheats ..and the cheats take over completly....what are u going to do get hosed by a noob with cheats!! ....i think not ...GOD HELP YOU the day the honest pepple say "hell with it" and start cheating

I say HELL WITH IT
 

Instead of cheating though...goto their house and beat the shit out of them.

Well, "supposedly" there will be a sequel (yes I said sequel, not expansion) to mohaa sometime this year. maybe that will be better than sh, I personally still love the good old allied assault and make a new scope for someone everyday. It will take a while for me to utterly give up on this game, but cheating is out of the question for me.

The age of the game? It's nearly 1 year old! Just look at Counter-Strike, the game is chocked full of cheaters, and still tons of people play it. Just give it some time, man.

Give it time for what Joe? For the cheats to get better? I played CS. Cheating ruined that game. And cheating has become rampant in MOH. So exactly what are you saying when you tell Billy to "give it time"?

For the little whiners out there they will just have to find another game to complain about. The MOHAA community shows no sign of slowing down, we all have a great time playing the game and will continue to do so. And, Joe's right, the game has only been out for a little over a year.

I must agree with Holly on this one. There is no sign of it slowing down, but maybe in your eyes there is b/c of the servers you play on. Try playin on a dedicated server running some anti-cheat programs.

There is no slow down, just more of a challenge ahead with all the cheats being passed around.

Ya its not that bad, once these losers get another game to destroy they'll be outta here. I think if you play on the right server it makes all the difference.

And look at CS now. It's up to V1.6, and most of the cheats have been accounted for. Exactly why you need to give EA some time to fix their (LOAD OF) mistakes.

Lol Cs had how many patches released in the past year? How many has EA put out for Mohaa..hmmmm. EAs working on a sequel to Mohaa that will tie in the SH and Mohaa characters together. I dont think a patch is coming anytime soon either. They are busy...f'ing us over.

This is key. Roaming around the public servers will give you a bad impression of the game. Find a good server with some cheat detection and admins that actually give a damn. You'll be pleasantly surprised I think. I was. Once you've been playing there for awhile go back and play on some public servers. The differences are like night and day.

all of you who say "fuck moh" need to rethink that statement. why "fuck moh"? b/c cheaters are ruining the game? there must be hundreds of servers out there that are basically cheat-free. you just need to find them.

I went from the "n00b kid on the block" to one of the "near 1337". I wasnt the best, but I knew the names of the 12 guys that were better than me. For me to improve I either had to cheat or use tactics that bored me. Neither was worth pursuing. Time to move on. MOH has been out over a year and has how many patches/updates? How much did the 2nd patch (spearhead) cost us? It is not a game that is built to last. No support, and even at a year is still rather hardware dependant. Cheats are increasingly more common and much more effective and anti cheats are lagging. I really could go on and on, but whatever......f--- MOH.

Actually, I dig the forums. I havent played the game more than a couple hours over the last month. I dont hate the game, its one of the best ever, but I can see its shortcomings much clearer now that I have played other games more. Go look at my recent posts, I talk about people, not the game.

Hey Im from Australia & the cheating going on over here is at an all time high. Respected Clans are now finding out that they have been habouring cheats. Now other respected MOHAA players are leaving because they have had enough. I just hope MOHAA can live on because at this rate it going to have a very quick use by date.

Well, to all the people who still love this game, take solace in the fact that even if cheating ruins all ladders and most public servers and the majority of the community drop the game completely, my server will still be up and running biggrin: . I'll bet any moh-head that I'll be the last person out of the entire community to stop playing this game.

well guyz i think we should find out the cheaters and whip their asses! and all of u guyz quittin wtf.!! u been playin mohaa for over 1 year the least u could do is stick with it thru ruff times. i mean i aint the best but i think i am pretty decent. but i am tired of these guyz that cant shoot for shit and use auto aimbot mod. and u kno that by dyin really quik. i was in a server and whenever i turn around i get shot in the head with a thopson in like 2 secs i dunt even have time to start shooting. i mean once twice 3 times. but i was all the way across destoyed village with a sniper and i saw him i shot him once and from liek 500yards away he shot 2 bullets in my head..... i mean if anyone has a solution just say it. i will gladly participate in whatver action is taken.

I hear you 100% on this one. I've had the game since it came out (SH as well) and I am just bored with it. Will maybe try and play once a day but get frustrated trying to find a decent server. Time to move on, play something else, then go back to MOH when everything else gets boring.
As for the posting on the forum, (which i dont have many posts) you guys a freakin hilarious.

MAN I LUV MOHAA !!!...mohaa is the best hands down (#1)..But i feel srry for the pepple that are stuck on mohaa new games are coming ...and with them come new battels to face... Are you up to the challenge of something new and fun .Or will you be happy being the Big fish in the "littel" pond
