Uncovering Cheaters and bot bandits.
 

Got a question, is there a program like "Punkbusters" for MOHA? One that would filter out cheaters or at least let me know when someone is using a bot or enhancer of some kind?

There are times when I am playing that I know a guy/gal can't be that good without a little help from the machine.

I'm not whining (much) just curious. I, like all honest and upstanding citizens want a level palying field where my game is concerned. At least then I'd "know" that I suck that bad...

Exactly. Delator is an excellent choice, along with Auto-Kick too. But there's plenty out there, so take your pick.

well, with the new version of Delator (2.0.0.7) now out, maybe the pressure can be even more applied to cheaters. time will tell.

Where can I get that, and whats the difference between that and the previous version. On [-eTk-]'s server I am currently running Delator 2.0, Counter Intelligence, DMW Server Scanner, and autokick of course. Check it out @ 66.151.132.144

you don't need all taht stuff running as most of it does the same thing i'd ditch auto kick whilst it was good the othere 3 more than replaces it also the CI is good but maybe not with Delator one or the other it all just adds to the traffic going off your machine and screwing your game.

yes, its a fact that running Delator and AutoKick simutaneously will lag the server. have you experienced any lag on the server?

i run these both on my server and experience no lag....might be i have a great server provider?

As do I and I hardly get any lag, when I do its normal second spikes.

ok sorry to inform you guys but you cant catch cheaters, unless there REALLY stupied. There is no way you can scan for OpenGL hacks. So out whatever you want on your servers it doesnt matter it isnt going to stop anything. Oh yea and Ban IP doesnt work half the time since most people have dynamic I.P's
