Lowriders...like them or hate them?
 

Me I hate lowrider cars, they just look STUPID, i mean first they look like like they've been sat on. And then theres the speed bumps, I used to watch the losers with lowriders try and go over them but alas they had to slow WAY down ans still you would hear scraping and screeching...lowriders are good for a laugh in my opinion.

I had a nieghboor with a 63 imapala lowrider. It was a really nice looking car I told him he throwing his money away, but I was wrong he would to car shows and such and win all kinds of crap. But then he only drive when going to a show.

Getting a little defensieve there Green. Some lowriders do look good, but I do agree, they are pretty stupid, much like jacking up a truck/car/van up so high you need a step ladder to climb in.. Oh I would love to soup up my VW. But right now I have more important thing to spend my money on, like feeding my family.

A lift properly done looks great. Its the 6" and up that are overkill.

As for Cameltoe and talking about GW causing the recession as soon as he came into office.

Please go back to your economics class and listen this time. It generally takes 2-4 years for a recession to show itself, the government can hide it easily prior to that. The democrats are especially terrible about doing this. It is common practice for them to purposely screw the economy on their way out. Why? Look how bad it makes the republican presidents look. All that getting rid of the deficit is total bullshit. If we have no defecit, that means they aren't paying all the bills, which means they have to be paid in greater amounts down the road. So please, save the ignorance to bash a deserving president, like Bill Clinton. Or, and God save us if this happens, Joe Lieberman.

Im not exactly sure what the term lowrider means as we dont use that here.

If that "truck" (of which we wouldnt call that a truck here either) is a lowrider -its not exactly low, unless its on hydraulics you might want to take some eurpoean advice and fit bigger wheels.
If it is on hydraulics, dont sit it so high because its looks really stupid. (IMO)

If a lowrider is just someone who modifies cars, like cars in the fast and the furious, i love them. but i dont like when cars sit so low their wheels dissapear into the arches.

I dont like street racers though. If you want to tank around is a modified car then do it on a racetrack.

I agree with isabella. But I would put the cap at 4" and only if you got the tires to fill the extra space. Personally, I put the biggest tires my truck can hold and that still look good without having to put a lift in. But I can still admire teh truck with the right lift.

Lowriders are kind of silly to me, mostly for the speed bump and pothole issues, but I can respect a nice custom job, at least for the work involved if nothing else.

I think they are cool, but I would never drive one.
