WARNING- [KH] Server
 

This server is set up so the axis 1 hit kill the enemy no matter what, and basically you don't even have to aim AT them persay to score that hit.

I went on the server 5 mins ago with a german MG. i got about 10 easy kills, because they are all 1 hit, and i got hit a few times, never killed.

also the movement is severely tampered with, and the recoil is off the charts.

if you want a good game stay off this server.

I played on a clan server kinda like that. It is set up as a Sniper match on Destroyed village. They give the allies sniper rifles and the germans nothing but rifles that do no damage and have such kick firing is a waste anyway.

I never heard of server like that before. Its a mod install on the server? Its a cheat? oOo:

If what you say is true, then I don't see how their server could ever get full. Abusing the weapons power in favor to one team is just wrong. (Keep it on topic please. Thanks.)

I have played on a server that is similar to this. A lot of the Tactical servers are setup this way. Usually they restrict movement to avoid people doing the "run and gun" and they also put a lot kick on the guns so that you gotta make your first shot count. Now as far as the one side being more powerul than the other, I have never heard of. Did you get a chance to play the Allies with a sniper rifle or M1? Maybe the allied rifles where just as powerfull? Anyways sometimes these "tactical" type servers can be fun to play on, especially when you sick of everyone running around like a maniac.

The 8th marines is a tactical server that is like this. They are bunch of hardass though.

So KH is a tactical server? Then it must be ok to have it on the server? btw I never heard of tactical server. What is it? One shot game?

Its Marine Style fighting. Heavy recoil, slow movement. Makes you think before you act.

I played in the [KH] server and i didnt experience that problem at all.. i was on Allies and i was taking them out left and right and they were doing the same, maybe i just got lucky maybe not?

I don't mind some tactical servers like 5W-SS, especially when I'm using rifles, but I've played on some servers that have some rediculous mods installed that add loads of recoil, like Ares5.

I think I was on that server before..its when alot of the KH guys are on. They make the room them(axis) vs all..they rebooted the server and suddenly the G43 is a rapid fire assult sniper rifle..It would shoot the next round with miliseconds of delay..it was possible to snipe two guys in a row just by strafing one way...I switched to the axis side and noticed this..i was then booted..I came back in and asked why they have the G43 like that and i was told..it was done to make it more competitive against the allied sniper rifles..which did nothing of the sort..nice slow bolt action reload on them...We decided not to play their ever again..it is called

We have Ares5(duh...considering one of our team made the mod) currently running on ours and the only time the recoil is rediculous is when your the spray and pray type...Its just another option for realism. I've yet to fire a weapon that didnt have some type of recoil and without adjusting your aim it can be uncontrolable. Aside from the recoil our mod is also a one shot one kill you just have to have a decent aim...Play smart and use short controled bursts and you'll be fine otherwise your just playing Quake..

I hope you are not referring to the kelly's heroes server...We do not run realism mods...just straight up stock...we are not into servers like that...we run a clean server and do not boot people just because we can...We have autokick and delator running so as not to have cheaters ruining the game...let me know the ip so I can rule out our server...

Trust me we do not cheat, we have not messed with any of the weapons mods. PERIOD. we have FF on and Boot TKers...Please don't come in and bad mouth servers without IPs people would get the wrong impression of our server if don't have the ip...

also, head of to planetmedalofhonor.com and ask people over there what they think..we get pmoh guild members on our server a lot and it is always full

Again, we do not use realism weapons mods, and won't until we can find one that is good enough for our server...

Anyone is welcome Khalif, just mind your manners please and be respectful of the other players. We also run Delator and Autokick as well as stock AA maps.

What I like about realism is that it makes the KAR a viable weapon again. One shot from anything above pistol to chest or head in Ares 5 and you are dead. I love when people go full tardo (auto) when I am using the KAR on Ares 5....usually WTF is next words our of their mouths. Ares5 just provides a TACTICAL option for MOHAA that some of us like.....all personal pref.

In addition to KH_Cowboy's post I would like to add that we typically only reboot our server early in the morning or late at night when there is nobody there or those who are there know we are going to exec a cfg to go from TDM to OBJ, etc...

We strictly monitor traffic and are fair and equal about warnings/kicking.

If their server isn't using cheats, there's no reason to say "Stay away from this server". Just because they're weapons mod isn't your cup of coffee, it might be someone elses you know?

hhmmmm, a mod that makes G-43 like a scoped STG and they don't let anyone but themselves play as axis, sounds like a good reason for people not to go to that server.

Well, I didn't say I would play there, heh. I stick to servers that run mods somewhat "close" to realism. That server obviously, dosen't even touch it. oOo:
