yes, zoner is correct as always biggrin:

if you have photo shop, go to Layer > Layer Styles > Outer Glow
then you can decide what color the glow you want and how much you want it to glow.

ok, i think I'm gonna texturize the green one with canvas and see if that looks good, i'm hoping it will give it good lines across the picture, make it look more night vision-ish
